Plain English summary: We collect your email address when you buy. We use it to send you your access link and purchase receipt. We don't sell your data. Your agent inputs are processed by Claude (Anthropic) to generate your results and are not stored by us. You can request deletion of your data at any time.

We do not collect passwords, card numbers, ID numbers, or sensitive personal information as defined by POPIA. Card data is handled entirely by Paystack.
We do not use your information for profiling, automated decision-making, or marketing without your explicit consent.
We share only what is necessary with the following third-party processors:

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party for marketing purposes.
When you use an agent, the text and files you provide are sent to the Claude API (Anthropic, PBC, USA). This is necessary to generate your results. Anthropic processes this data under their own Privacy Policy.
Agentry does not store your agent inputs or the Claude-generated outputs. They exist only in your browser session.
Do not submit content that includes other people's sensitive personal information (ID numbers, medical records, financial account details) to the agents.
We use only essential functional storage:
We retain your email address and purchase record for 3 years from your purchase date, to enable access link resending and process potential refund requests. After that, records are deleted.
Agent submission data (if you apply to list an agent) is retained for the duration of the listing relationship, then for 1 year after.
Request a copy of all personal information we hold about you.
Request correction of inaccurate personal information.
Request deletion of your personal information (subject to legal retention requirements).
Object to processing of your personal information for specific purposes.
Receive your personal information in a structured, machine-readable format.
Lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa at inforeg@justice.gov.za.

Some of our processors (Anthropic, Resend, Railway) are based in the United States. By using Agentry, you consent to your data being processed in the United States for the purposes described in section 4. We only use processors who maintain adequate data protection standards.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information, including:
No internet transmission is 100% secure. We will notify you of any material data breach as required by POPIA.
Agentry is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, contact us immediately.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect the most recent version. For material changes, we will notify buyers via email.
